The complex is located on LaBonte Street in Dillon and
is only a short walk to the Dillon Center building which features a
bowling alley, restaurant and movie theater. In addition there are several
other restaurants nearby, a post office and of course the Lake Dillon
Marina.
Enjoy the enclosed swimming
pool, sauna and hot tub in the clubhouse between buildings one and two. If
quiet time in the hot tub is your fancy, that facility is available to the
owners and guests in the enclosed building between buildings three and
four. Laundry facilities are located on the garage entry level in each
building. There are a few units that have their own washer and dryer. In
addition to the open space between buildings two and three, there is
direct access extensive bike/ hike/ walking path system of Summit County.
Public tennis courts located within walking distance from the complex.
Marina boat slips are available for rent near by.
- The complex features one
bedroom, two bedroom, and two plus size units.
- All units are individually heated baseboard electric
radiant heat
- All units have wood burning fireplaces.
- All units are provided with one reserved dedicated
parking space under the building. A few units have two spaces
dedicated under cover.
- The building are numbered 1-4 and were constructed in
that order. The newer buildings three and four have an elevator each
serving those owners and guests.
- Building 3 and 4 are serviced with an elevator from
the under building parking area
- The clubhouse is located between buildings 3 and 4
and there is a hot tub facility located between buildings 1 and 2.
